About the College

The College of Brymstonne is a chapter of the Society for Creative Anachronism (SCA), an international nonprofit educational organization dedicated to researching and re-creating pre-17th century CE (Common Era, or AD) European history.

The College was created for the students of Arizona State University, but our meetings are open to all. At this time we are made up of a combination of students, faculty, staff, alumni, and the friends and/or family of said members.

Brymstonne resides within the Kingdom of Atenveldt, and is very active in the Arts and Sciences, target archery, and the ambiance and service aspects of the SCA. The focus of Brymstonne can change as the interests of its members change, however. Brymstonne hosts a monthly sewing room and two annual events: Chocolate Revel in the fall, and Bacchanal in the spring.
